We realize that occasionally when you order an item on the internet just as when you purchase it in a Department Store, the product you purchase might have to be returned. For this reason, we will gladly accept returns.

We want you to be  completely  satisfied with every item that you purchase from Bonsai A New Beginning,  but if you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have purchased, you may request a return authorization number within 14 business days of delivery. Simply contact us a Support@bonsaianewbeginning.com  and within 48 hours you will receive a response via e-mail from us. We'll gladly exchange your merchandise or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping charges. The item or items must be returned undamaged,  and in original packaging. Damaged or Defective Items

We  work hard to deliver your merchandise to you quickly and safely. Please inspect  your  item / items immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged  in transit or you receive a different product from that which you ordered, please e-mail us within 14 business days at  Support@bonsaianewbeginning.com You may return your order at our expense for a replacement item. Colour Disclaimer 

Monitor Colour Disclaimer All images represent our products  to  the best of our ability within the limits of the Internet and computer graphics. Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce colour in vastly different spectrums; depending on video cards, monitor settings and so forth. For this reason we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays the actual product colours. The customer will be responsible for all charges incurred in shipping and or returning of products for this reason.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions  

Presently we offer free shipping to Canada and the Continental United States. This EXCLUDES Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground Service. For more Information see Shipping.
