Shipping Rates and Policies

Your order will be processed and sent to the manufacturer within 1-2 business days of the time of your order is placed. Please allow transit time, which is usually 2 to 3 weeks. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. 

Presently we offer free shipping to Canada and continental United States, this EXCLUDES Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please contact us by email Support@bonsaianewbeginning.com for shipping costs to all destinations other than Canada and the continental United States. Canadian orders maybe subject to duty.

Orders are shipped on business days only! Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within United States, Federal and Provincial holidays in Canada.

Overnight, and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please be aware that it may take at least a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place. Please email us at Support@bonsaianewbeginning.com  with questions about shipping options for a particular order.

We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. Backordered items may take 6-12 weeks to ship. Because products ship direct from the manufacturer, shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If we send a backorder or out of stock notification to you by email and you don't respond, your order will be canceled and any charges will be refunded.

You must make sure we have the correct name, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. If we cannot verify the shipping address and you do not give us valid contact information, your order will be canceled with no further attempt to contact you. If an order is refused, returned or not deliverable by the shipping service, does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. If accepted back, will incur a 20% restocking fee plus original and return shipping cost. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice. We have no control over the package while it is in transit. If the tracking report shows that the package was delivered to the address that you supplied us, you must contact the carrier's local office (FedEx), and tell them that you did not receive the package, and file a claim with them. Sorry, but no refunds will be issued on lost packages.
